Construction
The door leaves are constructed basically of two pieces galvanized/stainless steel sheets and an inner steel frame. Non-cumbustible mineral wool is used as an insulation material.
The inner structure of the door leaf is made of 2 mm galvanized steel profiles, wich makes the door leaf very strong.
The frame of class A-60 Door is made of 4 mm thickness Z profiles.

Surfaces
Class A-60 Door is coated with electrostatic powder paint, colored by customer's wish.
